Today's Celebration- Got a quart of wood, finally! Woot. We have an old toilet sitting out front along with the contents of my old bathroom and a kitchen counter. We've been avoiding taking it to the dump and paying time and money for it. The wood guys asked if they could have the toilet. I said sure, if they take the rest of the junk on the lawn. So they hauled it away! I'm thrilled and I'm proud of myself for asking to get something out of giving. HUGE step for me.
Today's Resentment- Windows.... stupid windows. Stupid window guys. Stupid cost of replacing windows. I need new windows. I can't afford new windows. Curse you windows!
Something I want to remember- Margaret was scared of the vacuum until she was 3-4. Susan is still terrified of the vacuum to this day and`shows no signs of overcoming it. The twins chase the vacuum and laugh and giggle. I think it's so cute and neat that they aren't afraid of it.
